I check email constantly, respond promptly and having a documented thread of our conversation helps me to keep everything straight.

I hesitate to list a telephone number, because it is the absolute worst way to reach me. I’ll be very honest: I don’t have time to answer the phone, and when I do, I usually won’t remember what we talked about unless I stop and write things down... which we could avoid completely if you would help me out and just send me an email on the first place!

Calls that go to voicemail sometimes get completely missed, as do text messages. I'm just being up front. Send me an email

If you are mailing packages:

(Most Preferred) Mail to my post office box: I live in small-town USA where everybody knows everybody and the postmaster takes special care of all your packages. Things are held securely there for me to pick up. I suggest adding insurance to your package.

Whenever possible, please send me everything I need to do your order in a single package. That includes any patches that you want. For patches, I need to know which jersey each patch goes on and where you want it placed. It's best to securely tape the patch where you want it, I will make sure it is straight before I stitch it. Please avoid sending me your jersey now and then patches later-- as this is how things get confused and lost.
