Sometimes a restoration or customization needs a specific sleeve patch to make it complete. Many patches are available through eBay, either as originals or reproductions — but occasionally a specific patch simply doesn't exist in the market. When that happens, we can recreate it.

Accurate patch reproduction is exacting work. We need either an original patch or a high-quality photograph to work from. Blurry or low-resolution source material drives up both time and cost significantly, so the better your reference, the better the result.

We are careful and respectful of copyrights. We do not produce patches in quantity — if something is genuinely unavailable and you need one to complete a special project, we're happy to talk. This is custom work, done one job at a time. And we can't do this at all times of the year, I accept this type of work only when my time schedule permits.

If we have a good original or photograph to work from, plan on $125–$185 for the first patch. Simple patches may come in below that range; highly complex ones may run higher. Additional patches from the same artwork are considerably less, since the design and digitizing work has already been done. I outsource the embroidery production after creating the artwork myself, and I'm a perfectionist about it — if I don't think I can do it properly, I'll tell you before we start.
