If you are ready to begin, here are the simple steps to move ahead:

(Turn around on most orders is 6-8 weeks; more complex work might take a bit longer. At peak times, ten weeks is our planned maximum.)

Let’s make this easy: Send me an email, and I will send you an estimate that you will print out and attach. Make sure it reflects what you want. Please give me your address and phone number. Note for each jersey what player name and number you want.  Then, simply send that printout in your box.

Whenever possible, please send me everything I need to do your order in a single package. That includes any patches that you want. For patches, I need to know which jersey each patch goes on and which sleeve it belongs on. It's best to securely tape the patch where you want it, I will make sure it is straight before I stitch it. Please avoid sending me your jersey now and then patches later-- as this is how things get confused and lost. 

(Most Preferred) Mail to my post office box: Things are held securely there for me to pick up. I suggest adding insurance to your package.

Special instructions?  If you have additional information or you want to share game photos of your player jersey that has the name arch you like, number spacing or other very specific elements you want me to replicate, send them along to me at the start-- it’s a great time saver. Much preferred over sending examples after I have already set everything up. You can send this in your email, or put it in the box that you mail to me.

After your jerseys arrive here...

  • I’ll let you know when I have your package in my hands.

  • Within a few weeks, I will create proofs of how your jersey will look when completed and send these to you for your review and approval before I take a single stitch. This is a quality-assurance step that differentiates us from every other shop in the business. Using it, we do almost zero rework and have so many happy customers.  

  • Payment: I will send you an invoice in email after I have sent proofs, and there will be a payment link included. If you want to pay by check, let me know. I don’t begin custom work until the invoice is paid.  

  • Return shipping: I will ship “insured” back to you. Insurance rules say that packages valued at over $400 must be signed for, so make sure you give me an address where someone will be able to sign for it.
